Pancakes, Breads or Muffins

1 1/2 c.  Gluten free Bake Mix

1 1/2 c.  Gluten-free Bake Mix

1 Tbsp. olive oil

2 Tbsp. Xylitol or Honey-molasses mix

  (3/4 honey 1/4 blackstrap molasses)

1 egg (optional)

1 1/2 c. rice, soy, oatmeal or almond milk

Optional additions

½  c. pecan pieces, walnuts, cashews, or slivered almonds

½ c. raisins

¾  c. blueberries

1 tsp. Cinnamon or vanilla

¼ c. chocolate or carob chips

½ c. applesauce

1 mashed banana

½ c shredded carrots or zucchini
