Chocolate

1 c. Coconut oil

½ c Cocoa

3 Tbsp Sugarless Sugar, Erythritol, or Xylitol &/or 1- 1½ tsp Stevita

1 Tbsp Vanilla or Almond Extract

Trace salt

+/- ½ c. Coconut (Mounds Bar!)

Mix all together. Apply to cookie sheet either in lumps or spread out. Refrigerate.

Lime Shake

2 c Cashew, Coconut, or Almond milk

3 scoops Protein Powder (1 scoop is 2 – 3 Tbsp) Swanson’s Goat Whey Protein is dairy-free

2½ Tbsp Lime Juice

2 – 4 c spinach leaves

2 Tbsp Sugarless Sugar, Erythritol, or Xylitol or ¼ – ¾ tsp Stevia

2 – 3 c. ice

Mint Chocolate Shake

2 c Cashew, Coconut or Almond milk

3 scoops Protein Powder

1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

¼ tsp Mint Extract

2 Tbsp Cocoa

2 Tbsp Sugarless Sugar, Erythritol, or Xylitol or ¼ – ¾ tsp Stevia

2 – 3 c. ice

Peanut Butter Cup Shake

2 c Cashew, Coconut or Almond milk

3 scoops Protein Powder

2 scoops Defatted Peanut Powder

2 Tbsp Cocoa

2 Tbsp Sugarless Sugar, Erythritol, or Xylitol or ¼ – ¾ tsp Stevia

2 – 3 c. ice

Fruit Smoothie

~ 2c Frozen berries, cherries, mango, banana, etc.

2 c Cashew, Coconut or Almond milk

3 scoops Protein Powder

¼ – ½ tsp Stevia

+/- Additional water for desired thinness

For Chocolate Ice Cream

2 c Cashew, Coconut or Almond milk Reduce to 1c.

3 scoops Protein Powder Add 2 Tbsp Cocoa

¼ – ½ tsp Stevia 1 c. frozen Okra

+/- Additional water for desired thinness

Pecan Caramel Shake

2 c Cashew, Coconut or Almond milk

3 scoops Protein Powder

2 Tbsp Cocoa

2 Tbsp Sugarless Sugar, Erythritol, or Xylitol or ¼ – ¾ tsp Stevia

2 – 3 c. ice
