Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Dr. Shirley Hartman

To further support mitochondria in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.

Try these least expensive vital supplements first:

Magnesium – 400-1200mg 1-2xday

B12 Injections – 1000mcg 1-4x/month

or Methyl B12 5000 mcg/d dissolved in mouth

B Complex – B-50 or B-100 or in multivitamin

T- Lean 1 – 2 caps 2x/d

Energy 1 – 2 caps 2x/d

Vitamin C – 1000-4000mg/day (decrease if diarrhea)

If little to no improvement, add the following in 1 at a time:

Rhodiola 1 cap 2x/d (for adrenals)

Panthothenic Acid 500 mg/d (for adrenals)

PQQ 10 mg 1 – 2x/d Increases energy production by mitochondria and even

increases the number of mitochondria!

NAD – 25mg 1-2xday

CoQ10 – 100mg/day

Acetyl-L-carnitine – 2000mg 2xday

D-ribose – 750-1500mg 1-2xday ( more after “overdoing”)

Alpha Lipoic Acid 500 mg 2x/d

Glutathione 2 tsp 2x/d

ATP Fuel 5 caps 1x/d. Provides raw materials for the structure of mitochondria (NT Factor) and nutrients for energy production in mitochondria. Expensive, but may help when other supplements don’t
