Psoriasis

Diet: Avoid refined sugar and alcohol. Identify and avoid allergenic foods. Gluten free diet. Some patients with psoriasis improved after consuming a vegan diet for 3 weeks, especially removing dairy products and chicken eggs (duck eggs are better).

Nutritional supplements:
Folic acid
Vitamin C
Omega 3 fatty acids: Flaxseed oil Hemp seed oil, cod liver oil
Vitamin D with Vitamin K2
Chromium in insulin sensitive patients
Zinc balanced with copper

To treat dandruff: condition scalp with 2 teaspoons of coconut oil. May add a few drops of lavender. Work into scalp, leave on for 20-30 min. then wash with a gentle, organic shampoo.
