Hyopglycemia Insulin Resistance Pre-Diabetic Sugar Cravings

Diet low in:
Sugar (No Sugar in beverages!!)
White flour, white rice
Solid, saturated, and animal fats
Partially hydrogenated oils (trans fats)

High in:
Vegetables
Fruit (not juices)
Fish, lean meats, chicken, turkey
Whole grains

Supplements:
Tri- Chromium
Alpha Lipoic acid
Berberine (also helps infection)
Gymnema sylvestre
Vanadyl sulfate
Multivitamin containing 50 mg or greater of B vitamins
Omega 3 (fish) oils
MCHC Cinnamon Extract
Silymarin (milk thistle)

Exercise:
Aerobic, Walking, Bicycling, Jogging, Swimming, etc….
Start with 5 minutes a day, and work up to ½ hour 5-7 days a week

Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate (form of Vitamin B6)
