Lyme Disease Treatments

(Option) NT Factor Energy: 1-2 caps, 2-3 times a day. Dr. Burrascano recommends this as the only product he has seen that reliably increases energy level – and I agree! Expensive though!

Vitamin C: 2000 mg, Twice a day or as tolerated by gas/loose stools

Magnesium: 400-800 mg, 1-2 times a day or as tolerated by loose stools for muscle/joint pain

NAC: 600 mg a day
&/or Lipoic Acid: 250 mg a day for liver detox support

9 servings a day of fruit and vegetables

Limit wheat (gluten) and dairy

Start non-drug treatment for Lyme (available at the office for $30 per treatment):

Rife or Microcurrent 2-4 times a month for:
Lyme with Babesia – 467; Bartonella – 125; Liver, Kidney, Colon and Immune Support – 902

If you develop die-off symptoms (headaches, achiness, fatigue, GI distress) with antibiotics, options include:
Increase your dose of Cholestyramine up to 2 scoops twice a day
Activated Charcoal: 4 caps, 2 times a day (1 hour away from meds, meals and supplements)
Pancreatic Enzymes: 3-4 caps, 2-3 times a day
Tagamet : 800 mg at bedtime; if needed- 200 mg, 1-2 times during the day
&/or: For 1 ½ hours soak in a hot tub (and keep it hot), adding to the tub:
- 1 Cup Salt                  – 1 Cup Baking Soda
- 1 Cup Epsom Salt      – 1 Cup Aloe Vera
